Last week, I visited the facility for an emergency case. I was charged 3,000 PKR for the bed and immediate medication. My wife's doctor requested a quick scan, but upon asking for it, we were informed that the required staff was unavailable. The lift was also out of service. Overall, it was the worst experience.

My experience at Adil Hospital was extremely disappointing. The staff was highly unprofessional and displayed a very rude attitude, making the entire visit stressful and unpleasant. The doctors also lacked professionalism and didn’t seem genuinely concerned about the patients’ well-being. The condition of the hospital itself was shocking — the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made it very uncomfortable for everyone inside. On top of that, the environment was unhygienic, with poor cleanliness and maintenance throughout the facility. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect care, compassion, and cleanliness. I would not recommend Adil Hospital to anyone looking for proper medical treatment.

Very poor care. Very bad attitude of all staff including so called supervisor. Everyone is looking for tip. Totally unsafe environment. Non professionalism at peak. Feel like you are in government hospital with heavy fees

One of my family member's operation was done here by a doctor and we had to stay here for a night. ENT doctor and physician is really friendly and cooperative, She did all the stuff very elegentaly. One thing that i didn't like is thr absence of AC in ICU, the temperature there was a bit warm. Rooms are a bit old furnished but clean and maintained. AC, LCD, Cupboards, fridge Prayer mats, attach washroom, 1 bed for attendent and 2 sofas, are provided in each room for stay. There is ample car parking space and the canteen has all necessary things. Specialists clinic has alot of chairs for the patients to sit and wait for their turn. Doctors are qualified they all behave nicely.
