I was visiting Pakistan from USA And was looking for a gym near by Love this place as soon as I walked in got greeted by miss Maryam with a beautiful smile and the check in process was a breeze I was enrolled in 5 minutes quick, easy and affordable. Gym environment is awesome very helpful staff and trainers,and they have all the equipment that a person need I will definitely recommend this place to all.

My affiliation with Activo Fitness Gym dates back to December 2019 - the very time Hammad opened up the branch in Phase 4, DHA, Lahore - and so it's a been around 3 years now that I have been regularly hitting it. Not like it was lacking anything, had it all covered from super supportive & friendly training staff to state-of-the-art machines to the fine things such as lockers, air refreshers amidst others, the expansion of a dedicated cross-fit & functional fitness floor gives ample space and room to get any kinda work out in. 2 separate weight training and cross-fit floors push you to do & achieve more in terms of your fitness targets (pictures of both floors attached). Really gotta appreciate all the innovations & the flexible schedules (especially for Ramadan) Hammad bhai comes up with. In my opinion, Activo and the management is worth every praise and they totally deserve every accolade they get! *** If you are in Lahore or specifically in DHA, you should definitely check out Activo Fitness Studio in FF Block, Phase 4, DHA (on 1st floor of Butt Sweets). Been going here for months and I am absolutely loving it. It's a very neat facility, well equipped with required machines and perfectly managed by Mr. Hammad. The trainers give due attention to all clients and spread great motivation and enthusiasm. The amazing track/music selection makes the experience even better! :D This place feels like 2nd home. If I look forward to attending Activo every evening -- need I say more?

Activo Gym located in dha phase 4 is best place to do workout. Environment is very easy cosy and comfortable for ladies and gents. Hammad is very cooperative owner and providing best cardio classes in town.

Recently I have joined Activo Fitness Gym and I am having a great experience while doing workouts🥰 Activo is giving me free hit sessions, CrossFit and yoga classes. Best machinery with qualified professional trainers ☺️The Owner Hammad Sir is doing really well... His workouts are really amazing.. highly recommended✅
