Had a really good experience as I only visited Dr Khalid cheema a very good dentist, was concerned about his every patient. A really well mannered and polite doc.

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. They are more focused on making money than actually treating patients. From the moment you walk in, they keep adding unnecessary tests and procedures just to increase the bill. The doctors and staff seem indifferent, and there is a complete lack of proper care. Even after spending a huge amount, the patient does not receive the treatment they deserve. The management is unprofessional, and the waiting times are ridiculously long. If you don’t have extra money to pay, they simply ignore you. I strongly advise against going to this hospital if you are looking for genuine medical care.

My experience at Al-Shafi Hospital with Dr. Shazia Batool was extremely disappointing. During my daughter's C-section delivery, the baby was cut on her hip, which clearly shows negligence — and no one informed us until much later. I was told that no decision would be made without my consent, but as soon as the doctor arrived, C-section was done without informing me. Later, for stitch removal, they charged extra and even asked me to buy my own surgical blade — completely unprofessional and unethical. Even worse, during delivery, staff from labour room to sweepers and guards started demanding money. Such behavior shows a lack of professionalism and basic ethics. Not recommended.

The most Terrible Experience of my Life And The worst 2 days I spent Here for my grandfather. Unfortunately he is not with us now,I don't blame them Too much but I think the Nurses here Think they are the doctors, their Behavior and And attitude is just like A Dog and Specially They are Responsible For many Patients in the ICU but They are busy in Eating and taking Tea Just like they are Enjoying a Eid party .A strick Notice should be taken For This Hospital And Specially For Staff .Making Money Is their First Priority.
