Pathetic pharmacy. They don't bother to tell you about the things that could not be returned. I went there to change a medicated shampoo which had its seal as well. They just simply said we cannot change this. Even I called their head office and the guy said that you bought this 5 days ago and it's almost 7 days so not possible to return you can take it back. یہاں جانے سے گریز کریں۔.

"I recently visited alif meem 99 pharmacy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their service and professionalism. The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to locate what I needed. I have very bad experience today, I ordered some medicine from alif meem and this is not my first order with them. I almost ordered the medicine every week they charged me delivery charges and my location is under 1km from the pharmacy location. Today I asked rider to buy milk and once you reach at my location i will pay you but once driver reach at my location then he tell me our manager asked why we can buy milk for him this is not our company policies etc. So I'll request you if anyone had an emergency at home please help there to send medicine as soon as possible because i ordered medicine around 2am and i received at 3:20am. Distance drive only 5 mins. No discounts, No free delivery, No professional staff, I rate you 1 out of 10. I have very bad experience today. Also manage don't know how to talk with the customers. He just have knowledge about the medicine he don't have good communication skills with the customers.

Excellent outlet, quality of medicines and dealing of staff is upto mark. Very well managed by highly learned people. One of its kind and a good addition to well reputed chains of pharmacies
