I cannot express how traumatic and infuriating our experience was with Dr. Jawad and his team. My father had heart surgery under his care, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Dr. Jawad may talk about his awards and experience (Sitara-e-Imtiaz, "beating heart surgery expert," etc.), but do NOT be fooled by his words. Once the surgery was done, we NEVER saw Dr. Jawad again. All follow-up care was left in the hands of inexperienced trainees who were clearly overwhelmed and unprepared. It became painfully obvious that Dr. Jawad is too old to be performing these critical surgeries and worse, he seems more interested in playing the role of a celebrity than being a responsible surgeon. The post-operative care was horrifying. There was zero accountability, no proper monitoring, and no one took responsibility when complications began to show. It felt like they just wanted to move on to the next case and had no concern for the patient’s life or recovery. These people are NOT healers they are running a money-making machine. Once you’ve paid, you’re on your own. There is no compassion, no professionalism, and absolutely no follow-through. PLEASE save your loved ones. Don’t fall for the talk. Get multiple opinions, find a real professional, and stay far away from Dr. Jawad and his so-called team. They should not be allowed near a living patient.

My brother got a major open heart surgery back in may 2025, by dr.Jawad. Indeed great surgeon and polite by behavior. But the staff in CCU in cardiac surgery is neither polite nor professional. They will treat you like you are in Govt. hospital, nurses and other male staff are just pathetic. They don’t know how to speak with a mother or brother, whose son or brother went through open heart surgery. I think they needed better education and training. If God forbid i have to go any hospital in future , I won’t go to them.

I took my husband to this hospital because he was having serious chest pain and trouble breathing. I clearly told the doctor (Dr. Khadija) that it wasn’t an abdominal issue, but she completely ignored us and started treating him for stomach problems instead. After more than two hours, his condition was exactly the same, no improvement at all. In the end, she told us to go see an abdominal specialist. Honestly, I was shocked at how careless and unprofessional she was. This hospital has no idea how to handle emergencies or treat patients properly. I’d never recommend this place to anyone, absolutely terrible experience.

Just came back from this hospital, and I have to say, this place is a complete joke. I went to the emergency room because I was having serious breathing issues and chest pain. I told the doctor (Dr. Khadija) multiple times that it’s not an abdominal issue, it’s clearly related to my chest but she completely ignored me. Instead of treating what I was actually there for, she started some random abdominal treatment that made absolutely no sense. I kept saying it’s not my stomach, it’s my chest, but she just didn’t care. After wasting more than two hours, I left in the exact same condition I came in, still struggling to breathe. And guess what? After all that, she casually told me to go to OPD and see an abdominal specialist. Unbelievable. It honestly felt like she had no idea what she was doing. No concern, no professionalism, no common sense. If this is how they handle emergencies, I can’t even imagine what happens to people who come here with something more serious. It’s honestly scary that such doctors are allowed to treat patients. This hospital seriously needs to rethink who they’re hiring and what kind of “care” they’re providing. Save yourself the trouble — avoid this place at all costs. Worst experience ever.
