Very rude staff, very poor service. I kept taking medicine from them for a whole month. I took medicine worth 20-25 thousand rupees. But once I had no cash at all. I had to take a syrup which cost 60 rupees.I requested them to deduct the payment from my card but they flatly refused. They are very selfish people and you should not buy medicine from them. Especially shahnoor Branch staff.

The overall experience was good, I met their pharmacist he was standing right in front of the shelf. I went to him straight, he was very active. I gave the prescription, he advised about the dosage and then entered it in his computer system. You have a very good and smooth billing procedure.

It is a good sized pharmacy with decent services and a variety of stocks available. But they are bit expensive as they don't offer any discounts and offers.
