Extremely poor service, staff is as rude as government hospitals. Dr are extremely unprofessional, specially Dr Javed Ashraf, he came after an hour into his office and behaviour is unacceptable. Childish I would never recommend this hospital for OPD, Patients are waiting from last 3 hours and there is no one here to entertain

I had an exceptional experience at Farooq hospital DHA. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The facility was clean and modern, creating a comforting environment. The doctors and nurses were highly knowledgeable, taking time to explain procedures and answer all my questions with patience. The billing department was also excellent, providing clear, transparent information and assisting with all financial queries promptly. The care I received was thorough, and the follow-up process was seamless, ensuring I felt supported throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Farooq hospital DHA for their outstanding service and dedication to patient care.

Had very pathetic experiences twice i thougt second time might be different because it ws an emergency thy didnt even give first aid until we paid , and doctor and assistant asked extra money other than we paid on reception. Second day on followup they took again thrice the amount of fee in 2nd floor lthough simple wound dressing chrges were nominal in all other hospitals. Doctor took consultation fee twice in 2 days with additional while in ot in cash. Why is tht. No thorough check ups, radioligy services not professional trainee staff doing services wighput accuracy, charge you hefty amounts looters in every part of yhis hospitl. Stay away thy judge you, and charge u accordingly with amateur staff and greedy doctors and their assistants

HESS: Hand Elbow Shoulder Solutions, Farooq Hospital. Prof Dr Khalid Masood, having fellowship in Hand Surgery from UK: Prof Dr Khalid Masood has a fully functional "Hands and Upper Limbs Surgery centre" established at Farooq Hospital. It has a waiting room, consultation room and a minor procedure room at the spot. Major procedures are done in proper operation theatre. I visited this doctor for some unusual problem in my left hand. I was able to flex my ring finger but was not able to open my ring finger without assistance. Professor khalid examined my hand with thorough professional expertise and advised some local minor surgical procedure to break the fibrous strings developed in my finger which are not allowing my finger to more bend and open freely. On the next sitting the Doctor performed this procedure on my hand with perfect expertise. He did not even gave a cut in my hand but was expert enough to use a larger needle to break these strings through a needle prick blindly, trusting his professional skills. He injected some medicine at the site as well, but what was most outstanding that he was able to break fibrous strings in my finger without even giving a cut. I have all my praises for the doctor and the Farooq Hospital. Now I am perfectly good and am able to move my finger without any problem. I fully recommend everyone to consult Professor Dr Khalid Masood for any Hands and Upper Limb problem.
