I used to visit Farooq hospital Westwood. My daughter was admitted due to a minor surgery. Her doctor was very smart and Brilliant. Staff really good and supportive. Well co-operation and services I received. Good environment, luxury rooms, & cleanliness overall superb. I surely recommend. There lines are too effective and Call operators always respond me immediately and guide me best.

During my visit there was a rat catcher next to the phlebotomy area , the phlebotomist didn’t wear any gloves and she had dirty nails , when her attention was called why isnt she wearing gloves for blood withdrawal she become extremely rude . Very very disappointing that hospital workers have no idea about hygiene and sanitation. Their CT scan 640 slices is very good BUT the management is very poor . Its a hospital so hygiene is a must so its sanitation. Everything is mismanaged , no card facilities, ATM wasnt working , they given me one price over the phone and another price at the hospital. I was given a time for 11am and ended up being seen at 1pm .

I stayed a week here for my son's appendicitis. I say the surgical consultant Prof. Saleem, who operated my son was well experienced. ICU was well equipped and medical staff was good. Cleanliness was not outstanding and there was no central AC in the hospital. Cafe is not having any place to wash your hands. I must say that this hospital is a bit over priced othwrwise I am satisfied with medical attention they gave to my son.

Honestly my experience was quite mediocre. They charged a lot of money for my mothers check up, which was not that necessary. They kept on making us go throw hassles. The building is alright but needs to be expanded. The room in which my mother was hosted was filled with other people, breach of privacy for her. However, their équipement is in good condition.
