I went through their emergency services section, The staff is very efficient & caring. The pharmacy is also inside it. Price wise also very economical. Security & gate staff are very smart. Overall a very good experience.

I would like to share my recent experience at Fatima Memorial Hospital. While I truly appreciate the hospital’s facilities and the efforts of the medical team, I had a very disappointing experience with a few of the nurses in the General Pediatric ICU and wards. Some of them seemed to lack patience and proper technique, especially when it came to administering IVs — particularly for babies. In a few instances, they appeared unsure of the procedure, and when family members politely requested them to be careful or recheck, their response was rude or dismissive. I genuinely hope the hospital management looks into this matter and provides additional training and guidance to the nursing staff to improve their communication and caregiving approach. A little more patience, care, and professionalism can make a big difference for patients and their families.

It doesn't seem private by looking ,dirty floors washrooms, ceilings,....and what not ...you will rarely find a person who will talk nicely to you ,and give you a proper and correct and otherwise everyone will say ,go here ,go there. A very experience with doctors too ,not giving proper explanation, looks agitated and senior doctors shows up in ages .... Most of the people are rude and no responsive, just few are there who will guide you properly

Worst experience overall. They always try to push for a C-section instead of a normal delivery. Suddenly, without any valid reason, they create a panic situation and rush into a C-section. It feels like their main priority is money — adding unnecessary procedures, extra doctor visits, and hidden charges that only appear at the end. They keep everything unclear beforehand and reveal costs only when you’re about to leave.
