Been waiting for treatment for the past few days to no avail the nurses station is mostly empty no staff available doctor kept us waiting for a whole day costing us an extra 40 thousand cleaners dont clean at time and won't listen nurses aren't capable enough to do simple urine bag changes terrible experience

1. Dr. Javed was exceptional in his skills, the only downside was his unavailability around the clock. 2. Too much Too much wait time in Pre-OP, we got here before 12pm Wed and operation started at 5:30pm and there was no clear visibility of the delay or when it will start. 3. OT was very clean and well managed and also surgery was well managed by doctor. 4. The procedure took more than 2.5 hours and during this time there were no clear communication or visibility or empathy from any doctor or staff regarding how is it going or when will it finish adding unnecessary tension and burden on family. 5. Post Lapro-2: After OT, patient shifted to 3rd floor post-OP in night and the night staff there was highly unprofessional and uneithical, the patient kept on calling them to listen and they were saying 'you are disturbing us we need to look after other patients too' also when I confronted them in morning they kept in arguing about how they treated the patient very good. 6.Morning shift staff in Post Lapro OP were good and also rest of the areas like Post OP on floor-1 and HLH14 were all very good and caring. 7. There should be a clear mechanism of establishing communication between doctor and patient. 8. Rooms are very overpriced. Like minimum one is 24k and its not even 2star, the room at best should be 8-10k. 9. Experience with blood bank was also not good our donor (an unknown third person) had to wait for 8hours with us only to be known later that now blood is not needed and he left then we had to call him back again midnight because they said patient look pale and needs blood without Any actual test and then there was 1.5hr wait time for donor matching also at costly price of 11k. And 15min after that they thought let's get another bottle just in case which costed another 11k and 1.5 hours and that wasn't even used. 10. Serious parking issues! Overall experience was just average in comparison to the price and name that the hospital carries.

The doctors are so much qualified and competent. The best part is the behaviour of all the staff members, including guards and sweepers are so much greety with smiling faces. We are so much satisfied with the services provided.
