Professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely kind Doctors and Staff. They are very easygoing and made the whole treatment much easier. Also, it's not heavy on the pocket which definitely helps. At the outset, I was very impressed with the communication skills and transparency maintained throughout the process, right from the initial consultation to the completion of my treatment. The hospital environment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern dentistry tools. The staff and team of doctors appear well-groomed and courteous. However, one key observation is the over-reliance on Dr. Aqib. While he is highly competent and approachable, it is not practically possible for him to attend to every patient in detail. This affects the efficiency and delays treatment, especially when young doctors constantly seek his guidance. To improve both quality and time management, it would be beneficial to include more experienced dentists who can make independent decisions. In my specific case, the dental crowning was done based on a lab-created design. Unfortunately, it did not fit perfectly, which led to the need for manual adjustment. As a result, Dr. Aqib had to use machinery to modify the crown for my lower jaw and adjust the opposing upper tooth as well. This adjustment, while necessary, resulted in the loss of the tooth's natural shine, even though the tooth itself was not originally meant to be treated. I do not question the doctor’s skill, which I found commendable. However, the issue seems to stem from the lab's lack of precision. Given the cost involved in such treatments, I believe the process should be more digitally optimized to ensure accuracy and reduce the need for manual corrections.
