My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, but even by 5:00 PM there was no confirmation or update. I called more than five times and was given the same empty reply each time: “We will notify you shortly.” Only on my fifth call did they finally admit that the doctor was not responding at all. If doctors can’t honor appointments, why take bookings in the first place? This shows unprofessional management and complete disregard for patients’ time. A deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere until they fix their communication and scheduling failures.

The doctor saw me exactly at the scheduled time — not even a minute late, which reflects true professionalism and respect for patients. Dr. Arif Masood is truly a kind, humble, and compassionate doctor who gives proper time to his patients, listens carefully, and explains everything about the treatment in detail. He spent around 45 minutes with me, listened to my concerns patiently and with sincerity, understood my condition thoroughly, and even reduced unnecessary medicines — keeping the treatment simple yet effective.
