Review for Umer Hospital, Johar Town Branch I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Umer Hospital, Johar Town branch. The service is extremely poor, and the staff is careless and negligent. It felt like no one was genuinely concerned about the patients’ well-being. The staff appeared inexperienced, untrained, and were often rude in their communication. Shockingly, during treatment, they caused injury to the patient and casually responded with, "It happens, it's normal." Such a careless attitude is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. From the management side, there was no proper explanation or support. When questioned about the long waiting times, they simply said that there are too many patients—but why are there so few doctors available then? It makes no sense, especially when patients are in serious need of care. If you're thinking about admitting a patient here, don’t take a room—because once admitted, there are no doctors available to actually attend to the patient. On weekends, the situation becomes even worse, as most of the staff take two days off (Saturday and Sunday), and the hospital is practically non-functional. Their policies and operational system lack credibility. They are clearly not equipped to handle patient care properly, and trusting them could cost you more than just money—it could cost someone's health. In short, it felt more like paying to stay at a hotel, not a hospital. I regret choosing this place and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Umer Hospital with the care of your loved ones.
