I have been visiting them for about 6-7 weeks, all the reviews on google were quite encouraging In fact reviews are about pro ems team, which is undoubtedly humble, respectful and honouring. Aqeel, their trainer is very humble But this review shall be only related to their performance based on the services they offer not about their “client dealing”. So Pro Ems, Dr. Mehreen, in my initial talks committed, 600-800 calories to drop per session, 10-15 kgs loss during while plan of 3 months but she also mentioned their clients even lost 10kg per month, so initially Pro Ems team was deemed very passionate and promising. BUT during all those sessions i, myself, did not lose single pound. And that is almost in 6 weeks Pros: - team is humble - Aqeel communicated well for every appointment - energetic during session Cons: - not focused at all on what they commit and offer - no week over week result orientation - Major focus is to make client lose weight, but that major part is not focused I raised my concern 1-2 times but again it was not taken with any consideration. ProEms major commitment has to ensure client lose weight for which client is investing money and most importantly time. I concluded it to be complete waste of my time and money. And eventually Quit I would love to have counters with response of Pro Ems client that they have lost weights here as committed. EMS was new to me, i am not sure if this is ProEms team or EMS itself is noncommittal
