Great environment and staff

Dangerously, its staff members were found trying different COVID protective face masks on their faces (to see which color suits them best) & putting them back on the display/boxes for selling to future customers without being bothered with the fact that they were observed by a customer (me) at the same time [ref. CCTV footage between 7:25am till 7:40am dt 13/3/2021, Invoice No. 2152949)]. I wonder how they deal with the rest of the items during the absence of customer(s). Don't ever trust buying face masks sold at Servaid stores. The pharmaceuticals & cosmetics being sold here are roughly 35% expansive than the retail pricing offered by other businesses of the sort in town. Surprisingly, this store allocates proper parking space for its customers.

You should ask a customer if they want a woven bag or not before generating the bill. Its like forcing your customer to buy a woven bag with items a customer can carry in hands easily.

In one word bad experience. Don't purchase medicine from Servaid Pharmacy lalpul branch 👎
