Courteous staff in my experience. I was able to buy medicine with some consultation from the pharmacy staff easily. Easy access for people living in model town.

Pathetic service at most I can say. Firstly not all branches are with cholesterol testing devices and went to model Town Lahore branch One of the attendants was too busy "teaching" ladies staff and wasn't even feeling obligatory to serve the patient properly and simply threw cleaning swab to clean the finger tip myself while he was chit chatting with female colleagues... When asked to behave and serve properly he responded to do the test myself... not going there again... Disrespectful and shameless...

It's a great neighbourhood pharmacy. One star given only because when you pay for your medicines they automatically bill you for a Non-Woven Bag. They should ask the customer if they want to purchase the Bag or not. Adding it to the bill shows that they are trying to forcefully sell the bag, or cheat the customer. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. How difficult is it for a sale person to ask if they should add the bag or not. When confronted the sale person was not concerned on any account. He simply said if you don't want the bag you can have your money back. What nonsense of a response is this. I never wanted the bag in the first place. If you had prompted when making the bill maybe I would have agreed to buying the bag. I think Servaid should take a note of this and make a policy change.

Very helpful staff, and the doctor / pharmacist are very knowledgeable. Had to get 6 months worth of medicine urgently and they got it ordered in and delivered the next day. Been going here for 4 years now and always have a good courteous staff there helping with prescriptions and recommendations. Have a few snacks bathroom items as well as blood pressure, so2 glucose level, humidifiers etc as well.
