Working out with Trainer Aqsa was an amazing experience always encouraging and genuinely dedicated. She pushed me beyond my limits while making every session fun and energizing. Her knowledge, patience, and positivity really boosted my progress. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer!

The staff and management have been unresponsive and irresponsible, showing a lack of professionalism and care. Concerns are ignored and there is no proper accountability, which is creating a very disappointing experince for me since I am a member of Structure since 1 year.
