Absolutely love the vibe at Ted ! The staff is super chill and friendly always ready to help or hype you up. The environment is clean, energetic, and just feels good to be in. The music is always on point, keeps the energy high every session. Great place to work out, meet cool people, and actually enjoy the gym experience!

General as well as personal female instructor is rude, is busy in her own things and not focusing on personal training clients. No specific general class timing. She focused on those clients which benefits her. She said she is professional but she cant handle her criticism on progressive way. Not recommend for personal training at all for females.

Staff is not professional & seems more interested in your personal life. Gym is good but ac does not work. They have weird rules like u cant use treadmill above 15 mins. Equipment is good & price is comparatively lesser in the area.

A lot of exercise equipment available, the female specific morning slot available with trainer/advisor. A fresh environment and friendly environment. Music and large LED available. A water dispenser with disposable glass and tissue box are also available. There are two Washrooms and changing room to facilitate. Overall good to join!
