The staff is not upgraded to keep up with this healthy competition time in all sectors incl. lab test related services. I asked why no one answers the phone? Staff's response was amazingly disappointed stating: The phone is not with us, it is in Dr. Zeenat's room. It is up to them to arrange to answer phone calls or not. When Dr. Zeenat Sahiba comes, you meet her and ask why no one picks up the phone, don't ask us because we can't answer phone calls. I was silent. I will update review [downgrade if results are not matched with same sample's tests from other 2 famous labs]. I had to provide sample here based on doctor's recommended labs for cross check.

V.Poor service rude staff not exact time of reports. Never recommend
