Very rude staff in this main laboratory. Very disrespectful and lazy behaviour. Treatment and serving style is based on philosophy of "might is right". Its better to visit collection centres rather than main laboratory, though this is strange but perhaps they want so and treat disrespectfully at the main laboratory. They know there's no power, no rule, no court in Pakistan so they can behave the way they can based on their nature.

Good Lab & Results. Takes too much time for results. Online results facility are also not available. Some time Nurse forget to wear latex gloves while taking sample you have tell them about this.

This is the worst laboratory ever, Lawrence branch py jo receptionist ha , he told us kyou can check report online, but they haven't shared any instructions k how we can check reports coz inki website out of order ha, the given numbers are just ringing , no one is there to pick up the call, aik banda jo galti sy inki lab main itni dorr sy aaya ho wo tau pahss jaye ga , jub tak ap dobara inki labka darshan nhi karn gy no one will respond you, itny mainchahye patient khoof sy marr jaye.

I had a terrible experience with this laboratory. I submitted a swab culture sample for my mother a few days ago and was told that I would receive the report in three days. However, even after six days, I have not received any report and they keep giving me new dates. Upon investigating, I found out that they have not even processed the sample yet, which is extremely concerning and raises questions about the authenticity of their reports. This is putting my mother's entire treatment at risk as the doctor's prescription of antibiotics is based on their findings. I would not recommend this laboratory to anyone and urge caution when considering their services
